This idea probably sounds pretty awesome and sweet. Say, it's your girlfriend's birthday and you want to giver her an awesome surprise. What could be a better surprise than having her open a GIANT package, only to see you popping out of the box? Sounds awesome right? That's exactly what a Chinese man tried to do when he mailed himself to his girlfriend earlier this week. One flaw in his plan: he didn't poke an airhole through the box and he nearly suffocated to death. The package was lost and delayed for three hours.
So what was the result? Picture this. The girlfriend gets a knock on the door, receives a huge package. A friend of the boyfriend is in hand, ready to film the girlfriend's happy and surprised reaction when her man emerges from the box… except, when she opened it, she found him unconscious and nearly dead.
You would think that basic survival instincts would've kicked in at some point, right? No. When he realized his plan had a huge hole in it by not having an airhole, he could've screamed for help. It wasn't until after the paramedics revived him that he explained that he hadn't shouted for help because he didn't want to spoil the surprise.

Had a very long day today and it feels like there's so many things that had happened today. It comes with the not-so-cool and super cool event.
NOT-SO-COOL EVENT: I woke up in the morning and thought that this day will be a normal day to me but I'm completely wrong. My grandma got really really mad to us but I know it's particularly to me even when I've done nothing wrong, I don't know. It really upsets me because the things that she said are really hurtful. Oh! I don't really want to talk about this...sorry.
SUPER COOL EVENT: Because of what happened to me and my grandma, my boyfriend ask me to just hang out with him and forget things. And so, we did. Lol. That particular hours when I'm with him is priceless, that was one of the most happiest moments in my life (seriously), I forgot all the things that's bugging me, I feel so free and beautiful and happy and happy and happy.
I wish things will just fall the way I wanted them to be. I hope sooo.. And I hope things will get better soon.

I think that everything what's happening in my life sucks! I get really bored everyday and I'm doing almost all same things everyday. There's nothing new. And another not-so-cool and sucks is my relationship with my boyfriend, it seems like it's so complicated. I get easily irritated to him, getting really jealous easily over things, I get hurt easily, overthinking and all. Sometimes I feel like I want to end our relationship but ended up realizing that I should not 'coz I really can't. I wish everything will happen the way I wanted them to be.
**but of course I should not let myself down with this things. Everything sucks but I'm smiling. I know I can handle this. Fighting! :p

Dysania is the term used to indicate the state of finding it hard to get out of bed in the morning. It is a morning phenomenon lasting for about 1-2 hours after awakening during which time the person is too exhausted to drag out of bed, achy and stiffy in the joints and mentally foggy.
Another clinical symptoms that correlate this phenomenon is Avolition. Avolition indicates lack of motivation, energy, or drive in a general sense such as not exerting the ability to rise from bed in the morning. This is may be a symptom of numerous physical illnesses and deficiencies that produce fatigue and characteristics of negative symptoms of psychiatric conditions.
Apathy. This is the term used in which a person has the capacity to function at optimal energy levels, but for a behavioral reason, demonstrates no initiative or interest in any activity or social interaction. This is more pertinent in mental or personality disorders.
Inadequate sleep and insomnia are common etiologies of avolition in particular, and could be indicative of a sleep disorder or anergia depression, both of which require prompt medical attention.

Last night, I've watch a show that features about Collagen and how it helps to maintain our skin healthy. And I wonder how it really works in our body so I've done a little research about it.
What is Collagen? Collagen is a type of protein. Fibrous in nature, it connects and supports other bodily tissues, such as skin, bone, tendons, muscles, and cartilage. It also supports the internal organs and is even present in teeth. There are more than 25 types of collagens that naturally occur in the body.
What are some of the beneftis of Collagen to our skin? Collagen is one of the known ingredients in skin care industry today. It fills in wrinkles, improves acne scars, improves photoaged skin and is also said to improves stretch marks. It also features the Collagen Powder Drink which is said to be effective for maintaining not only healthy skin but for healthy lifestyle, too.
I think I should try this for I have some skin problems such as acne scars and stretch marks and hopefully get better results. I'll update on this and make reviews. :)
The title says it all, I'm so unproductive today. In the morning, I just woke up and then start my day in front of the computer like from 9:30-5:30, so that was 8 hours and I studied for 30 minutes?! haha. How lazy is that? I spent my 8 hours doing blogger layouts and all and I've changed my blog layout three times just because I get easily bored with my layout. lol.
Tomorrow, I'll try my best to be productive and study for at least 2-3 hours. Cross-fingers. Thats all folks for today. Goodnight people. :)

A few months ago, I have experienced the worse nightmare I've ever had as of now and it's so horrible and scary that I thought I might be going crazy. So, I finally found out that it is called Sleep Paralysis. I just want to share this for those who experienced this so that they would have the knowledge and educate themselves about sleep paralysis that it is just a horrible state of dream and nothing's harmful about it.
What is Sleep Paralysis?
Sleep Paralysis is a horrible feeling where you awake but still stuck in a state where you cant even move a muscle or talk. You almost feel frozen and the only think you do is just think. Having to be or experience this state is extremely frightening on the dreamer, and some people report hearing and seeing things that are not actually there. Some lucky people would experience this terrible feeling once or twice in there lives, but some don’t get off the hook that easy. A small percentage of people get stuck in this state several times a week. Sleep Paralysis can really spook you out and make you feel like you just hallucinated. Studies have found out that it is normal and causes no damage on the human body. Sleep paralysis can happen before you go to sleep or awakening up from REM sleep. The team to describe Sleep Paralysis before going to sleep is called “Hypnagogic”, and as your awaken up from REM its called “Hynopompic”. Sleep paralysis has other names that it can be referred to such as predormital, hypnologic, familial, and hypnopompic but all relate to the same issue.

Spermine is a powerful anti-oxidant in human sperm. It is considered great in diminishing and reducing wrinkles. It also makes the skin smooth. It also contains zinc, magnesium, calcium, potassium and fructose. Plus, if you’re still not convinced that sperm is super, a recent study in Albany found that women who had sex without condoms had fewer signs of depression than women who used condoms or did not have sex at all. Cheers for semen! :)LOL
